The Vision Bearer

Dr. Isaac George Wilson Balinda, PhD in Theology, was born in 1953 in Uganda. He currently resides in Framingham, MA, USA, with his wife Elizabeth Balinda and is a devoted father to six children. Dr. Isaac serves as a Gospel Minister, Motivational Speaker, and community leader, while also directing operations at Ezy Ride International, a transportation company based in Massachusetts.

He hosts the Kingdom Hour Program on Radio Uganda Boston USA, the New England Christian Television Network US, and Dream TV in Uganda. Dr. Isaac founded and serves as president of Friends of Tooro International-USA, and he provides advisory services to the Tooro Socio-Economic Development (TISED-U), an NGO in Uganda.

Dr. Isaac is renowned for his leadership at Kingdom Solution Ministries International in Boston, MA, where he established the Redeemed of the Lord Evangelistic Church in Kampala, Uganda. With academic credentials from The Ugandan Co-operative College Bukalasa and the Institute of Administrative Accounting and Data Processing (UK), his career includes roles at the Ugandan Co-operative Development Department, National Textiles Board, Lebel East Africa Limited, and International Christian Aid.

Since moving to the United States in 1990, Dr. Isaac has passionately served as president of Kingdom Solutions Ministries International and Friends of Tooro North America, both headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts.
